Chicken Schnitzel

Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded to nearly 1/4 inch thick* iv eggs 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon 1 loving cup flour 1 loving cup matzo meal Thrive™ Algae Oil lemon wedges for serving Directions: Heat 1/3 inch Thrive™ Algae Oil inwards a low, broad pan. Meanwhile, whisk together the egg in addition to mustard inwards a shallow bowl. Set aside. Pour the flour in addition to matzo repast onto 2 seperate plates. Dredge each slice of chicken inwards the flour in addition to thence dip into the egg mixture in addition to and thence dredge inwards matzo meal. Fry 2-5 minutes, flipping once, until golden brownish in addition to cooked through. Drain on newspaper towel lined plates.
