Chinese Inspired Brisket
 
  Ingredients:  for the brisket  iii 1/2 lb brisket  ane quart chicken or beef stock  1/4 loving cup soy sauce  1/4 loving cup night brownish sugar  half dozen whole cloves garlic  v whole star anise  two tablespoons fennel seeds   for the sauce  ane loving cup braising liquid  1/4 loving cup rice vino vinegar  1/4 loving cup hoisin sauce  two tablespoon night soy sauce  two tablespoons vegetarian oyster sauce  ane tablespoon lite soy sauce  two tablespoon chile-garlic sauce  ane tablespoon sugar  v cloves garlic, minced  ane teaspoon grated ginger  1/2 teaspoon cornstarch or white patato flour   Directions:  Place all of the brisket ingredients into a large pot alongside a tight plumbing equipment lid. The brisket should travel totally submerged. If not, add together H2O until the brisket is covered.
