Hashbrown Crust Quiche
The beauty of this recipe, too its "yummy-ness",is that it is ultimately consumer friendly. You tin add together (or subtract) your favorite veggies or meat to your liking...don't similar mushrooms? Mix the melted butter amongst the uncooked shredded hashbrowns together with press into a 9" pie plate (I role an 8"x8" pan)
