Bacon Braised Potatoes

Ingredients: ii strips crisp thick cutting bacon, diced 1 large onion, halved the thinly sliced ii lb mixed Betty Crocker Fresh Baby Red together with Yellow Potatoes three sprigs' worth of thyme leaves 1/2 teaspoon freshly solid soil dark pepper 1/4 teaspoon body of body of water salt three cups chicken stock 1 oz crumbled Gorgonzola Directions: Saute the bacon inward high-walled, lidded pot until crisp. Nutty Bluish Cranberry Sauce Rounds

Ingredients: i (8 oz) tin dismiss Pillsbury® Place ’N Bake® refrigerated crescent rounds 1/4 loving cup whole berry cranberry sauce (I used leftover chestnut cranberry sauce ) two oz blueish cheese, crumbled (try Gorgonzola!) viii pecan halves Directions: Heat oven to 375°F. Remove the rounds from package, separate into viii rounds. Place rounds on ungreased large cookie sheet. Press downward optic of each circular to brand an indentation nearly 1/4-1/2 inch deep. Evenly split upward the cranberry sauce into each indentation, taking attention non to overfill. Top each alongside a blueish cheese crumble. Add a pecan one-half to each round, slightly off-center together with pressing the pecan slightly into the dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Romanesco Salad Amongst Soil Cherries, Prosciutto & Gorgonzola

Ingredients: salad: 1 caput romanesco, cutting into florets 1-pint solid set down cherries* (also known equally Cape gooseberries or golden berries), halved 1 oz sliced Prosciutto, torn into bite-sized pieces 1/2 crimson onion, cutting into sparse one-half moons 1 Castilian dark radish, cutting into matchsticks 1/4 loving cup crumbled gorgonzola dressing: 1 tablespoon Dijon two 1/2 tablespoons Proccesco vinegar two tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Directions: Steam the romanesco until simply softened. Drain as well as run nether cool H2O to cool completely. Place inward a large bowl. Add remaining salad ingredients. Toss. In a pocket-sized bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Drizzle over the vegetables, toss to coat. *I bought these at Wegmans for a surprisingly affordable $2.49/pint (3 oz).
