Easy-Peasy Pickles
 
 Ingredients:  iv lb pickling cucumbers, quartered length-wise  iii cups water  two 3/4 cups white vinegar  1/4 loving cup pickling salt  1/4 loving cup minced dill  iii teaspoons dark peppercorns  iii teaspoons dill seeds  iii teaspoons xanthous mustard seeds  1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seed  1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed  iv large cloves garlic, minced       Directions:  Bring the water, vinegar together with tabular array salt to a boil. Prep the lids/jars. Evenly split all of the spices, together with garlic betwixt six pint jars. Add the cucumber spears together with dill.   Pour inwards the vinegar mixture. Close the jars together with procedure for 10 minutes inwards a hot H2O bath. Allow to sit down two weeks earlier eating.
