Deviled Fingerling Irish Gaelic Patato Salad
Ingredients:
ii lb mixed fingerling potatoes
1/2 white onion, diced
ii spears dill pickle, diced
ane stem celery, diced (with greens)
for the dressing
1/4 loving cup mayonaise
ii tablespoons Dijon mustard
ii tablespoons sherry vinegar
ii tablespoons minced fresh dill
ane tablespoon yellowish mustard seed
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
freshly solid seat down dark pepper
bounding main common salt
Directions:
Bring a large pot of H2O to boil. Cook the potatoes until fork tender. In a small-scale bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Place the potatoes, celery, pickles in addition to onion inwards a medium bowl. Pour the dressing over the white patato mixture. Stir to evenly distribute the dressing.
