Black Radish, Spud Too Light-Green Edible Bean Salad
Ingredients: 1 lb carmine pare potatoes, cutting into bite-sized pieces 1 1/2 loving cup (1 1/2 inch) dark-green beans ii cups shredded Castilian dark radish for the dressing: 1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon three tablespoons tarragon vinegar three tablespoons extra virgin olive oil body of body of water salt freshly dry reason dark pepper Directions: Boil the potatoes inwards a large pot of H2O until fork-tender. Add the dark-green beans for the final ii minutes of cooking. Drain together with let to cool to room temperature. Toss amongst the radish. Set aside. Whisk together dressing ingredients. Drizzle over salad together with toss to coat.
