Minestrone Soup
Ingredients
1 medium onion, diced
two stalks celery, diced
three medium carrots, diced
three cloves garlic, minced
three cups chicken, beef or vegetable stock
xv oz canned burn downwards roasted diced tomatoes
xv oz canned kidney beans, drained
xv oz canned chickpeas, drained
28 ounces canned crushed tomatoes
6 oz tomato plant paste
two tablespoons minced basil
two tablespoons minced oregano
two tablespoons minced Italian parsley
two (fresh) bay leaves
1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1 loving cup frozen or fresh light-green beans, diced
two small-scale to medium zucchini, diced
body of body of water salt
freshly terra firma dark pepper
8 ounces small, cooked pasta
Directions:
For the boring cooker:
Add the garlic, tomato, celery, stock, tomatoes, beans, tomato plant paste, together with spices to a iv quart boring cooker. Cook on depression oestrus for 6-8 hours.
