Creasy Light-Green Egg Salad
Ingredients: 8 hard-boiled eggs 1/4 loving cup mayonnaise ii teaspoons Dijon 3/4 (loose) loving cup chopped creasy greens* 1/4 loving cup finely diced ruby-red onion dash hot sauce** Directions: Slice three eggs inwards one-half together with take the yolks. Place the yolks inwards a nutrient processor or mini chopper . Set aside. Chop upward the remaining whites together with the residue of the eggs. Place inwards a medium-sized bowl. Set aside. Place the mayonnaise, mustard together with hot sauce inwards the mini chopper alongside the yolks. Pulse until smooth. Pour over the chopped eggs.
