Ingredients: ii lbs 93% thin dry reason beef 3/4 loving cup beet ketchup one egg, beaten one loving cup fresh breadstuff crumbs* one pocket-size onion, grated ii cloves garlic, grated** body of body of water salt freshly dry reason dark pepper Directions: Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix together the beef, egg, breadstuff crumbs, onion, garlic together with three tablespoons of the beet ketchup. Form into a loaf.
