Ingredients:
ii lbs 93% thin dry reason beef
3/4 loving cup beet ketchup
one egg, beaten
one loving cup fresh breadstuff crumbs*
one pocket-size onion, grated
ii cloves garlic, grated**
body of body of water salt
freshly dry reason dark pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix together the beef, egg, breadstuff crumbs, onion, garlic together with three tablespoons of the beet ketchup. Form into a loaf. Place inward a loaf pan (or, preferably, a meatloaf pan). Brush the overstep amongst the remaining beet ketchup. Bake for fifty minutes or until fully cooked. Wait a few minutes earlier slicing.
*I simply pulsed a duo of wedges of leftover schiacciata all'olio inward the Vita Mix until it formed crumbs.
**Since I used my Vita Mix for the breadstuff crumbs, I went ahead together with used it to chop upwardly the onions together with garlic to a grated texture.
