Currywurst

Ingredients: for the sauce: 1 sweetness onion (I used a Vidalia) 1 tablespoon curry powder 3/4 tablespoon hot paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne 1 loving cup canned crushed tomatoes 1 tablespoon sugar ii 1/2 tablespoons reddish vino vinegar bounding main salt to serve: iv High German pork sausages (like bratwurst), cooked together with cutting into 1/2 inch thick rounds frites or chips or (in my case, tots) cute newspaper or plastic serving boats (found at cooking/bakeware stores) Directions: Saute the onion inward a pocket-size amount of crude oil inward a skillet until soft precisely non browned, close v minutes. Add the remaining ingredients together with cook, stirring occasionally, until it bubbles together with starts to cut together with thicken, 5-8 minutes. Pour into a blender together with puree. Drizzle the hot sauce over sausages. Sprinkle amongst additional curry powder, if desired. Serve immediately. My thoughts: We've bought bottles of Hela buil
