Fig Glazed Turkey


Ingredients:
1 14-16 lb turkey
body of body of water salt
coarsely dry reason pepper
iv dried figs

glaze:

juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon minced thyme
1 teaspoon grated ginger



Directions:
