Shrimp Alongside Garlic Chives & Garlic Stems Tossed Alongside Noodles
1 lb medium shrimp
1 bunch garlic chives, cutting into two inch pieces
1/2 bunch garlic stem, cutting into two inch long pieces
4 Rex oyster mushrooms, diced
3 dark-green onions, dark-green parts diced
1 tablespoon canola oil
sauce:
3/4 inch knob ginger, grated
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 loving cup Shaoxing wine
1/4 loving cup shrimp stock
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
8 oz fresh egg handcut noodles, cooked
Directions:
Whisk together the sauce ingredients. Set aside. Heat the fossil oil inwards a large wok. Stir child the mushrooms, garlic chives, garlic stems together with dark-green onions until the mushrooms are cooked throguh. Add the shrimp. Pour the sauce over together with stir child until the shrimp are fully cooked. If the sauce looks runny, add together a slurry of 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed amongst two teaspoons H2O together with stir. Toss amongst noodles.
