Ingredients: for the cake: 1 1/2 cups 7UP 1/2 loving cup freshly squeezed orangish juice zest from 1 orangish (about 1 tablespoon) 1/2 loving cup canola oil 1 3/4 cups sugar 2 large eggs three cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt to decorate: confectioners’ sugar Directions: Preheat oven to 325.
