My thoughts:
I was excited to run across creasy greens inwards the local-only produce box this calendar week hence I switched my gild to that vs my commons mixed box. I had to google creasy greens to figure out just what they were! It turns out they are a saltation light-green that are a pop constitute to provender for inwards WV. How fun! I ended upward amongst an enormous purse hence I divided them upward to brand these grits as well as saved some to brand some other recipe that I promise to postal service here. They pick out a peppery seize amongst teeth form of similar arugula or watercress (that is what I would sub in, if you lot can't notice creasy greens) but the flavour lingers inwards your oral fissure more. I idea creamy, cheesy grits would live on the perfect agency to highlight their flavour piece tempering it a bit. I'm non certain what a traditional agency to brand creasy greens is but this is a must-try!
