Creamy Spaetzle Amongst Kale In Addition To Mushrooms
Ingredients:
10 oz dried spaetzle
one lb babe Red Russian Kale
eight oz sliced crimini mushrooms
v oz crumbled blueish cheese
one onion, halved in addition to sliced
1-2 tablespoons butter

Direction:
Bring a large pot of salted H2O to boil. Add the spaetzle in addition to kale. Cook according to bundle instructions, nigh 10-12 minutes until the spaetzle is tender.
