Ham & Peas Baked Polenta



Ingredients:
1/2 small-scale crimson onion, diced
ii cloves garlic, minced
four oz Frick's sliced Gourmet Ham, cutting into bite-sized pieces
2/3 loving cup frozen peas
ii eggs
1 loving cup milk
1 loving cup coarse cornmeal*
1/3 loving cup grated Parmesan
ii cups real hot or boiling water, chicken or ham stock
salt
freshly solid soil dark pepper

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350. Lightly crude an 8x8 baking dish. Set aside.
