Stove-Top Sausage Ricotta Rigatoni
Ingredients:
4 Hot Italian sausage links (about one lb), casings removed
one onion, chopped
three cloves garlic, minced
28 oz crushed tomatoes
xiv oz diced tomatoes
one bunch basil, chopped
one lb ricotta
12 oz rigatoni, cooked until slightly less than al dente
one loving cup mozzarella
Directions:
Saute the sausage until good cooked inward a large, high walled skillet. Drain in addition to add together the onion in addition to garlic. Saute until the onion is translucent.
