Baked Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 lb spaghetti
28 oz canned crushed or dry reason tomatoes
28 oz canned diced tomatoes
iii cloves garlic, minced
two modest to medium carrots, diced
1 jarred whole pimiento, diced
1 onion, diced
two tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon basil, finely chopped
1 tablespoon oregano, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Italian parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Lycopersicon esculentum paste
breadstuff crumbs
grated Parmesan
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. If you'd like, pause the spaghetti inwards half. Cook the spaghetti according to bundle instructions until but barely al dente. Drain together with educate aside. In a large skillet, estrus the olive oil. Add the onions together with carrots. Saute over depression estrus until the onions are translucent. Add the garlic together with pimiento. Saute until fragrant. Add the tomatoes together with herbs together with cook, stirring occasionally, on depression until it thickens-about 10 minutes. Stir inwards the spaghetti. Pour into a olive oiled casserole dish. Sprinkle amongst breadstuff crumbs together with Parmesan. Bake covered for fifteen minutes hence uncovered for an additional 10 or until pipe hot.
