Barbecue Sauce Glazed Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients:
two lbs solid position down turkey thighs
3/4 loving cup pepper jelly barbecue sauce
i egg, beaten
i loving cup fresh breadstuff crumbs
i small-scale onion, grated
two cloves garlic, grated
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh sage
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon allspice
salt
pepper


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, egg, breadstuff crumbs, onion, garlic too two tablespoons sauce. Form into a loaf. Place inward a loaf pan (or, preferably, a meatloaf pan). Brush the transcend alongside the remaining sauce. Bake for xxx minutes or until fully cooked. Wait a few minutes earlier slicing.


My thoughts:
I am non a fan of solid position down turkey thorax but solid position down thighs are merely about other story. They are equally moist too juicy equally solid position down turkey thorax tin last dry out too tasteless. Normally I am a beef or beef/pork meatloaf daughter but turkey thigh is merely equally good. My smoky-spicy barbecue sauce added lots of flavour too sealed inward the juices. It made the best meatloaf sandwiches the side yesteryear side hateful solar daytime too.
