Basil & Olive Crude Oil Cornbread
Ingredients:
ii cups flour
ii cups cornmeal
1 3/4 loving cup buttermilk
2/3 loving cup olive oil
1/4 loving cup sugar
1/4 loving cup minced fresh basil
ii teaspoons baking powder
ii teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease or spray i criterion loaf pan or mini loaf pan that makes iv i loving cup loaves. In a medium bowl, whisk together the basil, cornmeal, flour, baking pulverization together with soda, saccharide together with salt. Beat inwards the egg, buttermilk together with stone oil until good combined. Pour into pan together with bake 25 minutes or until golden chocolate-brown together with a toothpick inserted inwards the oculus comes out clean.
