Black Velvet Apricot Tellicherry Jam



Ingredients:
three lb Black Velvet apricots, stones removed
ii 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 loving cup lemon juice
ii tablespoons whole Tellicherry peppercorns


Directions:

When I spoted Black Velvet Apricots at the store, I had to bring them. Black apricots!
