My thoughts:
We smoked a brisket Texas-style together with Matt suggested I brand beans to teach along amongst it. After reading tons of recipes for ranch beans, cowboy beans together with gaucho beans (all simultaneously like all the same different) I decided to brand upwards my ain recipe. This what I came upwards amongst together with I am happy to nation it did the brisket justice. I used canned beans because it was quicker but dried (cooked) could last substituted. I every bit good made a relatively pocket-sized batch (most recipes called for sixteen oz of dried beans together with tons of tomato) but it could last doubled if necessitate be. If y'all convey whatever halt bits from your brisket, they are tasty stirred into the beans every bit well.
