Feta-Sopressata Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
six cups cooked pasta
20 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 oz lemon, garlic & oregano feta crumbles
10 jarred pepperoncini, drained too chopped
1/3 loving cup grilled or boiled corn
8 sparse slices sopressata, cutting into strips
salt
freshly terra firma dark pepper
white vino vinegar
Directions:
Toss together the pasta, tomatoes, peppers, sopressata, feta salt, pepper too corn. Drizzle amongst vinegar to taste.
