Fruit & Nut Oatmeal Muffins
Ingredients:
1 1/4 loving cup flour
1 loving cup buttermilk
1 loving cup erstwhile fashioned oats
3/4 loving cup mixed dried fruit
1/3 loving cup quartered, skin-on almonds
1/3 loving cup canola oil
1/3 loving cup lite chocolate-brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon terra firma ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line or grease together with flour 1 12 good muffin tin. In a medium bowl, whisk together the spices, flour, baking soda, sugar, baking pulverisation together with oats. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix together the egg, petroleum together with buttermilk. After it is thoroughly mixed, pour inwards the dry out ingredients. Stir to combine. Fold inwards the fruit together with nuts. Divide evenly with 12 muffin wells. Bake 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted inwards the middle of the middle muffin comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack, serve.
