Gorgonzola Garlic Chive Pea Shoot White Patato Salad
Ingredients:
ii lb cherry peel potatoes, quartered (and cooked)
1 loving cup 1/4 inch chopped garlic chives
1 loving cup pea shoots, woody stems removed
dressing:
3/4 loving cup crumbled Gorgonzola
1/4 loving cup mayo
3/4 loving cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
ocean salt
freshly dry reason dark pepper
Directions:
Place the potatoes, shoots as well as garlic chives in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Drizzle over the potatoes as well as toss to coat. Chill 1 hr earlier serving if possible.
