Lemon-Caper Salmon Salad
Ingredients:
i lb cooked salmon*
1/3 loving cup minced onion
i stem celery, diced
ii tablespoons capote capers
ii tablespoons mayonnaise
i tablespoon tarragon vinegar
zest from i lemon
juice 1/2 lemon
tabular array salt
pepper
Directions:
Use a fork to chip the salmon into a medium-sized bowl. Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT the capers as well as stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Stir inward the capers.
*I used leftover baked salmon. Note: if your salmon is rather oily, you lot powerfulness non involve the mayo.
