Mango & Calamansi Salmon
2 1/2 lb salmon
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 loving cup calamansi juice
1 large ripe mango, cutting into strips
three Thai plane chile, sliced
2 1/2 tablespoons kokosnoot vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Rip off a length of foil almost twice the length of your fish. Place on a baking sheet, leaving only plenty to comprehend the pan on the pan together with the balance flopping off.
