Pineapple Infused Turkey
Ingredients:
ane 17 lb turkey
guava woods smoked ocean salt
Chinese 5 spice powder
coarsely dry reason pepper
heart together with mortal of ane fresh pineapple*
ane onion, quartered
olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Place the turkey on the rack together with pose inwards the roasting pan. Drizzle olive crude over the turkey. Rub the spices into the peel of the bird. Stick the pineapple heart together with mortal together with onion inwards the cavity of the turkey. Roast for most 3-4 hours or until the juices move clear together with the leg is easily wiggled. Allow to sit down for most 10 minutes earlier carving.
*I used my pineapple corer to while the pineapple together with take away the heart together with mortal intact.
