Rachel's Rémoulade



Ingredients:
1/4 loving cup sour cream
1/4 loving cup diced greenish onion (green parts only)
ii tablespoons Dijon mustard
ii tablespoons mayonnaise
one 1/2 tablespoons capers
one tablespoon minced fresh dill
juice of 1/2 lemon
tabular array salt
pepper

Directions:
Place all ingredients inwards a pocket-size bowl, mix together amongst a fork.
My thoughts:
Rémoulade is basically fancy pants tartar sauce. It is either aioli or mayonnaise based too frequently flavored amongst herbs too close e'er amongst pickle-y ingredients similar capers, pickles or cornichons. I similar it amongst salmon cakes, on fish sandwiches too since I am no fan of ketchup, every bit a dip for french fries.
