Seven Spice Mahi-Mahi
Ingredients:
4 mahi-mahi fillets
ii 1/2 tablespoons Japanese 7 spice pulverisation (shichimi togarashi)
ii tablespoons ocean salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly the world dark pepper
zest of 1 lemon
olive oil
lemon juice
pepper sherry
Directions:
Prepare your grill according to manufacturer's instructions. Meanwhile, stir together the salt, pepper, 7 spice together with zest. Pat into all 4 sides of the fish. Brush amongst olive oil. Grill, for nearly v minutes on each side, until fully cooked. Sprinkle amongst lemon juice together with pepper sherry prior to serving.
