Summer Zucchini Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
two tablespoons Land O'Lakes Butter amongst Olive Oil & Sea Salt
two zucchini, cubed
two ears worth of corn kernels
1 medium onion, halved in addition to thinly sliced
3/4 lb fresh peas, hulled
1 1/2 teaspoon Tuscan seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ocean salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly solid pose down dark pepper
Directions:
In a 12 inch skillet, melt the Land O Lakes Butter amongst Olive Oil & Sea Salt. Add the zucchini, corn kernels, onion in addition to peas. Stir kid until the vegetables laid out to soften, almost 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle amongst Tuscan seasoning, tabular array salt in addition to pepper. Continue to stir kid until the vegetables are fully cooked, almost 10 minutes.
