Thanksgiving Tzimmes
Ingredients:
1 large yam, cutting into 1 inch chunks
viii carrots, cutting into 1/2 inch chunks
1/2 butternut squash, cutting into 1 inch chunks (about two cups)
xviii dried apricots, halved
1/3 loving cup sweetened, dried cranberries
1 1/2 loving cup orangish juice
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Place all ingredients inward a heavy bottomed pan. Bring to a boil. Stir in addition to trim heat. Simmer until fully cooked, close xl minutes.
