American Taco Pie
Ingredients:
3/4 lb 93% thin solid soil beef*
1 1/2-2 tablespoons taco seasoning*
1/2 onion, chopped*
fifteen oz canned diced tomatoes alongside greenish chiles, drained
1 loving cup milk
ii eggs
1/2 loving cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/2 loving cup shredded quesadilla cheese
1/4 loving cup grated cotija cheese
Steps
Heat oven to 400. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.
Cook solid soil beef too onion inwards large skillet, stirring occasionally too breaking upwardly whatever large pieces until beef is cooked through. Drain off fatty if needed. Stir inwards seasoning mix too canned tomatoes.
