Bacon-Chipotle Twice Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 large russet potatoes
3 strips catch cutting bacon, crumbled
1 chipotle pepper inwards adobe, minced
1/2 loving cup shredded cheddar

salt
pepper

Directions:
