Chestnut Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
12 oz whole cranberries
three 1/2 oz roasted together with peeled chestnuts, diced*
i loving cup orangish juice
1/2 loving cup nighttime dark-brown sugar
i large cinnamon stick
i oz spiced orangish liqueur (like Creole Shrub)
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce rut together with thence simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, withdraw the cinnamon stick. Serve hot or cold.
*I used the form that comes inward a resealable pouch
