Crawfish Deviled Eggs


Ingredients:

half-dozen hard boiled eggs, cutting inwards one-half lengthwise
1/2 loving cup crawfish tails
1/4 loving cup mayonnaise
ii tablespoons Dijon mustard
three tablespoons diced greenish onion
ii tablespoons minced cubanelle
three cornichons, minced

freshly terra firma dark pepper

Directions:
Place the yolks as well as crawfish inwards a mini chopper or nutrient processor. Add the mayonnaise as well as mustard. Pulse until well-nigh alone smooth. Stir inwards remaining ingredients. My thoughts:
You all know how much I beloved deviled eggs! I had a fighting of crawfish leftover as well as made them into these tasty eggs. It kind of pushes over to the "stuffed egg" territory versus a traditional deviled egg. Perfect for a picnic!
