Grilled Habanero Peach Sauce
Ingredients:
two cups halved fresh habaneros
two fresh anaheim or poblano peppers, halved
two 1/2 lb peaches, peeled in addition to quartered
viii cloves garlic
i medium onion
i teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
i 1/2 cups vinegar
1/2 loving cup lime juice
1/2 teaspoon powdered roasted ginger
tabular array salt in addition to pepper
Directions:
Toss the peppers amongst a combat of olive oil. Prepare grill. Grill until blackened. Simmer the remaining ingredients inwards a large pot for ten minutes. Add the peppers in addition to ready an additional ten minutes. Pour into a blender in addition to puree until real smooth. Pour into jars. Refrigerate in addition to purpose inside vi weeks.
Yield: nearly four quarts
