Pomegranate Gorgonzola Broccoli Salad
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb broccoli florets, blanched
1/2 ruddy onion, diced
1/2 loving cup pomegranate airls
1/4 loving cup crumbled Gorgonzola
dressing:
1/4 loving cup mayonnaise
two tablespoons ruddy vino vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
ocean salt
freshly terra firma dark pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss together the broccoli, onion, pomegranate in addition to Gorgonzola. Set aside. In a modest bowl, whisk together the dressing. Drizzle over the salad, toss to coat in addition to evenly distribute.
