My thoughts:
When local Baltimore skyline fixture Domino sugar offered me a tiny stipend to create novel recipe for a vacation treat, I knew precisely what I had to make. This is pretty much the richest baked skillful I've posted here. Three eggs? 3/4 loving cup of butter? 12 oz of bittersweet chocolate? In a 8x8 inch pan? Insanity. Well, perhaps non totally insane but definitely squarely placed inwards the decadent dessert sphere. This is a very, really skillful brownie. It is of the chewy merely about the edges-gooey inwards the middle branch of the brownie tree. They are thick, super, super chocolate-y together with each seize amongst teeth is immensely satisfying. The cranberries are wonderfully tart together with chewy which contrasts good amongst the nighttime chocolate. No ane would always approximate that yous could whip upwards a batch (in a unmarried pot!) inwards nether xv minutes*. I am non fifty-fifty a big fan of brownies together with I could non larn plenty of them, the mix of deep nighttime chocolate together with tart cranberries is merely divine.
*Not including baking time, of course.
