Drunken Noodles
Ingredients:
10 oz dried broad apartment rice noodles
10 oz gai lan
10 oz shrimp
vi cloves garlic, minced
3-5 Thai plane peppers, minced
3/4 loving cup torn holy or Thai basil leaves
for the sauce:
iii tablespoons fish sauce
iii tablespoons dark soy sauce
iii tablespoons golden mount sauce or night soy sauce
i tablespoon palm sugar
Directions:
Prep the dry out noodles according to parcel instructions. Set aside. Whisk together sauce ingredients inwards a pocket-size bowl. Set aside. Heat a pocket-size total of fossil oil inwards a wok. Stir pocket-size fry the garlic together with chiles until fragrant. Add the shrimp, gai lan together with sauce together with stir fry, until it is nearly fully cooked. Add the noodles. Stir pocket-size fry until the shrimp is fully cooked together with hence stir inwards the basil. Serve immediately.
