Ethereal Lemon Frosting
Ingredients:
two cups sugar
1/2 loving cup lemon juice
iv egg whites
pinch common salt
zest 1 lemon
yellowish nutrient coloring, if desired
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, select sugar, zest too lemon juice to a boil, stirring occasionally. Continue to boil until it reaches soft ball phase (when a drib of the syrup forms a soft ball when dropped inwards cool water) spell continuing to stir occasionally.
