Figgy Cranberry Sauce


Ingredients:
12 oz whole cranberries
half dozen dried figs, quartered
1 loving cup orangish juice
2/3 loving cup sugar
1/2 inch knob ginger, grated


Directions:
Bring the cranberries, ginger, figs, carbohydrate as well as lemon juice to a boil. Reduce oestrus as well as thence simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir. Serve hot or cold.
