Fresh Lycopersicon Esculentum & Zucchini Pasta Sauce
Ingredients:
1 onion, diced
two cloves garlic, minced
1 large zucchini, diced
four cups diced roma tomatoes
1/2 loving cup minced prosciutto
1/2 loving cup minced fresh Italian parsley
salt
freshly dry reason dark pepper
olive oil
Directions:
Heat the olive fossil oil inward a pan. Add the onion too garlic. Saute until fragrant. Add the zucchini too saute until softened. Add the tomatoes too railroad train through. Add the salt, pepper, parsley too prosciutto. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve over pasta.
