Grilled Dark Cod Amongst Fresh Wasabi & Mirin
Ingredients:
iv dark cod fillets (about five oz each)
two inch knob fresh wasabi, grated
1/3 loving cup rice vinegar
1/3 loving cup mirin
Directions:
Place the fish, wasabi, vinegar as well as mirin inward a resealable bag. Refrigerate for xx minutes. Prep your grill according to manufacturer's instructions. Grill peel side downwards until almost cooked though, close 10-15 minutes thus flip. Cook for some other few minutes until the fish is fully cooked.
