Grilled Dark Cod Amongst Fresh Wasabi & Mirin


Ingredients:
iv dark cod fillets (about five oz each)
two inch knob fresh wasabi, grated
1/3 loving cup rice vinegar
1/3 loving cup mirin

Directions:
