Perfect Cream Cheese Frosting

There seems to last two main variations of cream cheese frosting. One is to a greater extent than cheesy than sweetness in addition to the other is way to a greater extent than sweetness than cheesy. Personally, I don't tending for either.

Today's recipe is a magical blend of both styles of cream cheese frosting. It is VERY smoothen in addition to VERY creamy, it has the flavour of a GREAT cheesecake but it definitely has to a greater extent than or less sweetness too....it's merely perfect, AND it pipes good !!



(2) 8 ounce packages full fatty cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 loving cup UNSALTED butter  (room temperature)
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 cups powdered sugar

Beat the cream cheese in addition to the UNSALTED butter together amongst electrical mixer (on high) until smoothen in addition to creamy.

Add the vanilla extract in addition to the powdered sugar,(add powdered sugar, one loving cup at a time, beating until smoothen betwixt each addition.

Scrape downwards interior of the bowl in addition to hand it 1 terminal mix...that's it!!

This is the perfect frosting for that reddish velvet cake you've been wanting to make.
