Pineapple Coleslaw
This quick too easy coleslaw recipe is light, refreshing too slightly sweetness from the pineapple. It is the PERFECT accompaniment to ANY and ALL grilled meats. This i is a winner!!
1 pocket-sized caput of greenish cabbage (or one-half of a large one)
2 carrots
1 8 ounce tin of crushed pineapple (drained too squeezed dry)
1/2 loving cup mayonnaise
1/4 loving cup sugar
1/2 loving cup milk
2 teaspoons white vinegar
pepper to taste (I purpose nearly 1/4 teaspoon)
healthy pinch of cayenne pepper
