Radish Pesto Murphy Salad
toasted pinenuts
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
pepper
Directions:
Halve together with spell the radishes. Place the greens, nuts, shallot, garlic, oil, cheese, tabular array salt together with pepper inwards a blender or nutrient processor. Pulse until smooth. Boil the potatoes inwards salted H2O until fork-tender. Drain the potatoes. Toss the radishes together with potatoes together. Drizzle amongst pesto, toss to evenly distribute.
