Savory Pickled Beets
Ingredients:
iii lbs peeled, cooked beets cutting into 1/4 inch slices
iii teaspoons yellowish mustard seeds
ii teaspoons dill seed
ii teaspoons peppercorns
1 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon salt
iii bay leaves
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
ii cups water
1/2 loving cup apple tree cider vinegar
1 onion, sliced thinly (about 3/4 cup)
Directions:
